Gary Fitzpatrick is a co-founder of Comac
Trustees Limited. He has in excess of 30 years experience
in the trustee industry having worked for trustee companies
Guardian Trust and AMP Perpetual as well as the law firm of
Kensington Swan. His roles have varied over the years from
management through to the more recent times of managing the
affairs of high net-worth individuals and families where he
specialised in meeting the needs of his clients in the areas
of estate planning, administration and management of estates
and trusts along with living services.
Gary is the current President of the Estate
& Taxation Planning Council (Inc) and has been a member
of the Council since 1991. He has been a member of the Executive
Committee for the past twelve years having held the roles
of Treasurer, Secretary and Vice-President. Gary is currently
a Trustee of the Medical Research Institute of New Zealand.
He is a past President of the Auckland University Soccer Club
and past Vice President of University Sport New Zealand.
Gary is married and has two children. In
his spare time he enjoys running and frequenting the gym.
He has a keen interest in motor sports and has attended Porsche
and BMW Driving experiences in New Zealand, Australia, Finland
and Germany.

Sandra Macaulay has spent the past fifteen
years of her career working in the legal and trustee industries
with a primary focus on investment management, estate and
asset planning structures together with wealth management
advice. She is a co-founder of Comac Trustees Limited and
established the Company to fill a need in the wider Auckland
area for clients seeking access to a personalised, professional
trustee service on a boutique scale.
In her previous role with Guardian Trust, Sandra was responsible
for the management of some of the Company's high-net value
portfolios including many of the Company's largest charitable
trusts. Sandra has previously worked with Public Trust and
the law firm of Cairns Slane.
Sandra holds a NZ Diploma of Business (AUT) and Diploma in
Management (NZIM). She is also a member of the Estate and
Taxation Planning Council (Inc) and the Executors and Trustees
Institute (ETI).
In her spare time, Sandra enjoys 'giving back' in the not-for-profit
sector and is presently on the Council of Diabetes (NZ) Auckland.
She is also on the Executive Committee of the Estate and Taxation
Planning Council (Inc) and presently holds the secretarial
role for the Council.
In her spare time, Sandra regularly plays indoor netball and
enjoys sports in general. She is an avid Warriors fan! She
enjoys cooking at home and spending quality time with family
and friends. Sandra is married and has two stepchildren.
