In addition to the core activities of Comac Trustees Limited, the Company does from time to time assist with the location of missing persons who may be entitled to unclaimed monies. The Company is not involved with the location of persons who are entitled to unclaimed monies held by the Inland Revenue Department.
In the event that Comac Trustees Limited becomes aware of unclaimed monies, it may endeavour to locate the missing person and advise them that funds may be due and payable to them. We utilise the services of Alpha Omega, Private Investigators, to assist in this regard. Comac's fees in relation to this activity are based on a percentage of the unclaimed monies and will be disclosed and agreed with the recipient prior to any further work being undertaken by the Company.
